Description
When generating a CSV file for Batch Processing such as a Batch Update, is it possible to export a CSV or list of items so that they may be directly used for the Import Batch Processing? -
Resolution
STATUS: Enhancement Request #6637 has been created to review the possibility of adding a feature to export a list that may be directly used in the Batch Process:1. To have all of the List options (Systems, Accounts, PSM Accounts, Collections, UserIDs and Groups) configured to use the same headers as the corresponding option under Batch Import so that we can easily update existing systems.2. Add the option to apply a Batch Import by Collection or Group in addition to the current System or UserID.This will be reviewed for possible inclusion in a future release of the product.WORKAROUND: Exporting the list using the 'List' feature (example: navigate to "Systems, Accounts & Collections | Accounts | List Accounts.") will allow a starting point for creating the file required for a Batch Process. -
