Workflow Notification Step Does Not See Mail Enabled Distroubtion Groups -
Description
When configuring a Workflow Notification step, mail-enabled Distribution groups cannot be seen when clicking on the Add button in the "These users, groups and contacts" section. If the group is configured as a mail-enabled Security group, it can be seen and selected:
Should not mail-enabled Distribution groups be able to be searched and selected within a Notification step? -
Resolution
A workaround is that the email address can be manually entered in the "These e-mail addresses" field".
CR #221532 has been raised to fix issue in a future release of Active Roles. -
