Unable to import Certificate into TPAM, or the warning "Only exported certificates or signed certificate requests are supported" is seen when using the "Install Web Certificate" button. -
Description
When importing (or installing via the "Install Web Certificate") the Certificate into TPAM the error “Only exported certificates or signed certificate requests are supported” is displayed.

Cause
This can be caused if the certificate is not in the correct format to be imported. -
Resolution
Try renaming the certificate with a “.cer” extension and import the newly renamed certificate.
If the warning "Only exported certificates or signed certificate requests are supported" is noted when using the "Install Web Certificate" is seen and the Web Certificate is a *.crt file these steps may assist to convert the *.crt file to a *.cer file:1. Open the *.crt by double clicking.2. On the 'Details' tab click the 'Copy to File...' button.3. Select the 'Base-64 encoded X.509 (.CER)' option.4. Select a location and name for the *.CER.5. Use this CER when using the "Install Web Certificate" button.
