RAID Controller battery fault -
Description
TPAM appliance is sending the following alert:
Detailed Description: The controller battery cannot maintain cached data for the required period of time. For example, if the required period of time is 24 hours, then the battery cannot maintain cached data for 24 hours.
Recommended Action: Verify the battery health is good. See the storage hardware documentation to verify battery health. Contact technical support.

Detailed Description: The controller battery health has returned to normal.
Recommended Action: No response action is required.

Cause
RAID controller battery is unable to hold data as expected.
Hardware fault with the TPAM appliance.

Resolution
Unfortunately in most cases this can only be resolved by requesting an RMA of the TPAM appliance. The replacement battery is Li-ion and not available from One Identity. Please contact One Identity Support providing the error message TPAM is reporting and ask Technical Support to investigate. -
