Can the password and session request notifications be sent at a PAR UserID level instead of the current way of sending notifications at the Account level?
The "owners" of the privileged account receive the notification that a user is requesting the account and using it to perform tasks. Some customers might prefer line managers of the user making the request to receive the notifications, because they are in a better position to approve the request.
Currently this functionality is not part of the product. Notifications are sent at an Account level and this cannot be changed without a major design change.
