An error is seen in the Primary Proc log:

Cause
This error may been seen on a Primary appliance if appliances that have been removed from the cluster are still trying to communicate with this Primary. The thumbprint is unknown because the appliance trying to communicate with the Primary is currently unknown to the Primary. -
Resolution
This error indicates that an appliance is not enrolled correctly in the HA Cluster, and correct communication will not be possible.
To correct this issue, locate the appliance(s) that are trying to communicate with the Primary appliance that is receiving these thumbprint errors in the Proc log.
Confirm that they have been added correctly to the cluster. Re-enroll them if necessary.
