Description
In Password Manager 5.7.0, users used to get a captcha when logging in the portal and after selecting an operation tasks like change password, unlock password, forgot password:

Resolution
The reason behind is because PM 5.7.0 has the "Display Captcha" activity included by default in each workflow:
Whereas PM 5.8.2 does not include the "Display Captcha" activity in any workflow, therefore users just get the Captcha on the "Find your account" page:
