SSO Watch does not detect the SAP Login screen -
Description
When launching an SAP session the login is not detected by SSO Watch. -
Cause
This can occur if Scripting is not enabled on the SAP Server. -
Resolution
To check if the scripting is enabled use the following steps:
1) Click the “Options” icon
2) Ensure that “Script Recording and Playback” is not grayed out.
3) If grayed out this will need to be enabled on the SAP Server.
