Cannot consistently access the PAR interfaces.
Description

None of the engineers on the site and remote locations are able to access the /par or /paradmin interfaces.
Resolution

Verify that the web interface is available via the IP address of the appliance as well as through the URL redirect you're using. If the IP address is consistent there may be issue with the URL or the browser.

Also verify that the Internet Explorer pop up blocker is not preventing access.
