TPAM Backup files, hotfixes and patches cannot be renamed.

Resolution
In order for backups to restore properly and hotfix patches to apply properly, the ZIP file must have the original file name and casing. You cannot rename the file or else the operation will fail.
When uploading via the CLI, the command is case sensitive, so the file name must also have the correct case (ie. ePAR not epar).
If you have renamed the file, you can download a new copy with the original file name to proceed.
