Description
When searching for Recent Operations by clicking on the Recent Operations button in the Active Roles Web Interface some Operations are missing from the list. -
Resolution
This is by design. The only Operations that will appear when clicking Recent Operations are Operations that require Approval and have a Reason entered. Any other Operations will not appear.
