Emails from Token Deployment System sent as the service account and not the designated email address -
Description
In Token Deployment System | Configuration, "E-mail Settings", "Email Details", the "From address" an email address has been specified, e.g.: support@quest.com, however, when a software token is requested, an email is received from a different email address, e.g.: service_account@quest.com.
Is there a way to make the email show from the correct email address? -
Cause
Insufficient permissions on the service account (service_account@quest.com in the example) to send as another account, or having a assigned alias at the mail server.

Resolution
Assign the service account the alias for your desired outbound address. Here is the procedure to do this for some common email hosts:

Gmail: Send mail from a different address or alias
Postfix: Postfix local alias database format
