Reports that hide the DBVal.MinDate via expression don’t do this anymore since 8.0. (4322999)

Scenario:

Open the report "VI_UNS_Orphan_Account_Report" in the Report Editor or Manager. For an account, the MinDate (1899-12-30) is output in the column "Expired at" if the column AccountExpires = DBVal.MinDate.

Correct would be: For an account, no MinDate (1899-12-30) is output in the column "Expired at" but an empty string if the column AccountExpires = DBVal.MinDate.

This is a product defect (34550).
