Description

After the Daylight Savings Time Change the Scheduled Task ran multiple times per minute.
Resolution

This is a known issue and the following Defect ID was created to resolve the issue in future release of Active Roles:
258338: Daylight Savings Time (DST) update causes Scheduled Tasks to run many times per minute.
Workaround
At the moment the only way to stop the Scheduled Task from running continuously is to restart the Active Roles Administration Service.
