How do the group membership autoprovisioning policies get triggered?

Group Autoprovisionpolicies will get triggered if any user attribute properties has been changed provided the user account have meet the condition that is specified in the Group Autoprovision policies.

When working with the Group Autoprovisionpolicies and you have policies set up to add users to a group depending on certain criteria, you may require an extra policy that will remove users from groups as well.
