MMC only install includes the Management Tools as well

When installing the MMC via the setup GUI or the command line (see KB 185799) the management tools are also installed.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
None
STATUS
The management tools are a requirement of the MMC and there is no way to install the MMC separately.
