Autoremoval only considers PWOs with OrderState=Assigned after negative attestation. -
Description
Scenario:
Attest a group membership negatively that came through an order. The OrderState of the PWO should be assigned but different from "Assigned" ("OrderProlongate" or "OrderUnsubscribe"). The PWO remains assigned although it should be cancelled.

This is a product defect (34725).
