Description
An Active Roles Change Workflow will not be triggered by a change made in a native Active Directory clients such as Active Directory Users and Computers or Active Directory PowerShell. -
Cause
This is by design. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
A custom Active Roles policy script can be tied into native DirSync changes and can be triggered by changes made outside of Active Roles.
WORKAROUND 2
An Automation Workflow can perform periodic searches to retrieve objects modified outside of Active Roles and perform additional operations.
