Error: "Access to Active Directory schema failed" -
Description
When attempting to create a synchronization project to an Active Directory target system, the following error is displayed in the synchronization editor when attempting to load the schema:
"Access to Active Directory schema failed" -
Cause
Connection account does not have the correct permissions. -
Resolution
Confirm that the domain account used for the Active Directory connection has the appropriate permissions. This error suggests that the account is not a member of Schema Admins or equivalent permission.
