After applying permissions using the "Consent" URL as a part of the Azure Active Directory integration, a redirection to localhost results in an HTTP error message.

Usually, this is an HTTP 404 error message, but it could be something else.

The redirect confirms that permissions were added successfully.

Confirm this using the Azure Health Check in the Active Roles Web Interface.
