When attempting to log into the Password Manager Self Service site, the following error message is encountered:You cannot use this account to log on to the Self-Service Site. Use another account or contact your system administrator.Verbose logging captured from the Password Manager service shows the following line in the Service.Host log:Identification failed. User is not the member of scope -
Cause
The user is either not in the Groups or Organizational Units which are specified in the included scope, or the user is also in an exclusion Group. -
Resolution
Check all Exclusion Groups and check for nested Group memberships.
