Unable to set a hyperlink on the product logo or company logo in the Active Roles Web Interface -
Description
When attempting to customize the Active Roles Web Interface and setting the Hyperlink on the product logo image or the Hyperlink on the company logo image, it is not possible to save any text. After entering any text in these fields, clicking anywhere (including the Save button), clears the text. -
Cause
This is a known defect and is being tracked as Defect ID#: 243665. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
A workaround is available for this issue which involves manually editing the raw XML for the Active Roles Web Interface configuration. For instructions, please contact One Identity Support and reference this solution.
STATUS
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Active Roles.
