Sys.Webforms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500
The Active Roles Web Interface may also randomly throw the following error message when performing various tasks:
Error: IFormContext with key "FormContext_1" not found in SessionCache.
Cause

IIS is configured to use more than one worker thread.
Resolution

Decrease the worker threads in IIS to 1 as per Workaround 1 from this resource.
