A user is unable to access the Active Roles web interface from a workstation.
The user gets prompted for authentication, which does not get processed and the website eventually displays the error:
Http 404 - file or directory not found
Attempt to navigate to the site using the IP Address of the server hosting the web interface, rather than the DNS name.
If the site opens, there is an issue with the DNS record for the server hosting the web interface that must be resolved prior to using the DNS name to navigate to the Active Roles sites.
