After upgrading to Password Manager 5.9.5, user authentication that leveraged Radius 2FA is failing with one of the the following errors:
The user samAccountName doesn't have email address to authenticate, please select Corporate Two Factor Authentication option in "Manage My Profile" profile (if enabled by admin) and update your email address
OR
The user samAccountName doesn't have mobile number to authenticate, please select Corporate Two Factor Authentication option in "Manage My Profile" profile (if enabled by admin) and update your mobile number
Prior to the upgrade, this message was not encountered and an email address and/or mobile number were not required.

None.

A fix for this defect is included in the most recent cumulative update for Password Manager 5.9.5
