When accessing the PMSelfService site on a DMZ host, the site does not display properly and shows only the site banner and Find User with no search box.
Restarting or logging into the host via RDP resolves the issue, but the issue reappears within an hour or two.
The IIS Application Pools hosting the Password Manager sites are running under the security context of a local user account.
