When attempting to configure the Active Roles Web Interface, the following error message is encountered:

Error: Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {2B72133B-3F5B-4602-8952-803546CE3344} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

WORKAROUND

1. Add the Active Roles Service Account to the Local Administrators Group on the Active Roles Web Interface host.
2. Ensure that Microsoft IIS is installed with all of the components noted in this resource.
3. Restart the Active Roles Web Interface host and configure the Active Roles Web Interface again.
