Does vasd need to be recycled after adding or removing servers to the kdc and kpasswd_server lists in vas.conf?

Resolution
Adding entries to the [realms] section of vas.conf will trigger a srvinfo list refresh automatically. However, in order for the usnChange list to be updated a flush is required, i.e., 'vastool flush'.
