Currently we have a number of licenses in use. After deleting existing systems, the number of licenses in use does not change.
I am checking the licenses in use in the \paradmin interface in the System Status Tab.
How can I refresh the number of licenses used by the PAR appliance?
Not all systems that get deleted will be reflected as so on the Systems status page. For example, the PAR system defined only updates depending on the system:
- PAR Systems License Limit: 50
- PAR Systems Defined: 6
There is also a soft delete and hard delete. Soft delete leaves the system so it stays included in the license count. You can see that in the par website: System | Deleted Systems. This shows soft deletes. To hard delete click the button "Hard-Delete".
The Hard delete will update the license information accordingly.
