Cannot login to web portal with Identity (role based) Authentication -
Description
When attempting to log in to the web portal with Identity (role based) Authentication the following error is received:
"One or more errors occurred."
"Failed to authenticate user."
"Wrong user name or password." -
Cause
DialogUserPassword was not set. -
Resolution
Ensure the Employee has CentralPassword (CentralPassword@Person) set, as well as DialogUserPassword@Person. The latter is used for successful sign-on into the web portal.
