Error: " Could not allocate space for object 'MailRecipients' in database 'par' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full" -
Description
When trying to add a user manually with "Use Template", you may receive an error: "Could not allocate space for object 'SystemPerms' in database 'par' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full."
You may see alerts similar to the below:

Cause
The appliance is standard (rather than enterprise), and the database has reached its maximum size limit of 2GB.

Resolution
1. Clear the mail agent log/paradmin | Mail Agent | Click Clear Agent Log2. Lower the log retention periods.Go to : /paradmin | System Settings | Global Settings | Global Settings.Check the settings under "Old Password Retention" and "Retention Period", any values above the default should be considiered to be lowered.To make these settings take effect the Daily Maintenance Task process needs to run, to do this/paradmin | System Settings | Agents | Daily Maintenance | Set the Time to a time in the future | Save | The Job will run and delete the data, free
