1. In the Defender console (via ADUC), select Defender | License...
This opens the About dialog window on the Licenses tab.
1. Remove any expired token licenses that exist in AD by selecting the license in the list of "Added licenses" and using the "Remove License..." button:
Click "Yes" to confirm the license removal.
2. Then use the "Add License..." button to add the new license:
3. Enter the "Licence key" and "Site message" information provided from your account representative or Licensing. Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces when entering these values.
