Objects and domains in the Active Roles console are grayed out -
Description
In the Active Roles console when selecting an object in Active Directory some of the managed domains are grayed out when attempting to select an object. In some instances it may not connect, and there could be errors when navigating the Active Roles Console.

Cause
- The specific user credentials have become stale, or user account is locked out.
- Domain is down OR a Trust has been removed between OR a firewall issue between links across the domains OR other miscellaneous environmental issues exist.

Resolution
- Verify that the user account has not been locked out. Ensure password has not been changed/updated.
- Fix domain environmental issue, domain trust, firewall, or a restart of the Active Roles Service may be required.
