Error message "(INSUFF_ACCESS_RIGHTS" shown when using command line to add license to Active Directory
When running the license add command:
# vastool -u myuser license add ./AuthenticationServices-5.dlv
The following error message appears:

Cause
The license update currently recreates all objects in the QAS Application Container (QAC)

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Use a domain administrator to add the license to Active Directory.STATUS:
The issue is fixed in Safeguard Authentication Services version 5.1
Ensure that you add 'full control' to both the Licenses OU and all descendant objects when applying the permissions to the user (This object and all descendant objects)
