Records are present in the Management History database that are older than the configured Change History Retention Period -
Description
Customers may note some records present in the Management History database which are older than the configured Change History Retention Period.
These records will all be of type Deprovision, UndoDeprovision, or RunScheduledWorkflow -
Cause
By design, Active Roles will retain Deprovision and UndoDeprovision records indefinitely.
RunScheduledWorkflow records (the "Run History" from Automation Workflows) should not be retained indefinitely, and are not being cleaned out of the database due to Defect ID 294976.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
During an upgrade, specify a date range in the Management History Import Wizard instead of choosing to import All Records
WORKAROUND 2
Manually delete old records from the Management History database. For assistance with this operation, please contact One Identity Support.
STATUS
Defect ID 294976 has been resolved in Active Roles 7.6.2 and 8.0
Active Roles 7.4.3 and Active Roles 8.0.1, Active Roles core behaviour was changed and Deprovision and UndoDeprovision records were no longer retained indefinitely.In Active Roles 8.2, this behaviour was reverted and Active Roles once again retains Deprovision and UndoDeprovision records indefinitely.
