We have identified two issues preventing upgrade of SPS hardware appliances to 7.0.4 LTS or 7.4
1. On Safeguard 4000 hardware, whether in HA and stand-alone setups, you are unable to upgrade further from versions 7.0.2, 7.0.2.1, 7.0.3, 7.2.0, 7.2.1, 7.3.0.
2. On all SPS hardware that are setup in a High Availability (HA) cluster, you are unable to upgrade further from 7.0.3.1 LTS or 7.3.1
In addition to the items above the following error may occur.

"Firmware upgrade test failed. Do not upgrade.
Description
"Raid is not in optimal state on master node"
To correct these issues, please install the applicable hotfix based on the current version of your SPS hardware appliance:
For SPS hardware running 7.2.0 or 7.2.1 or 7.3.0 or 7.3.1
- install the hotfix file RAID-status-precheck_1.0_7.2.0-7.3.X.deb
- Upgrade to 7.4
For SPS hardware running 7.0.2 LTS or 7.0.2.1 LTS or 7.0.3 LTS or 7.0.3.1 LTS
- install the hotfix file RAID-status-precheck_1.0_7.0.2-7.0.3.X.deb
- Upgrade to 7.0.4 LTS
