Frozen jobs in Cloud Jobservice synchronization -
Description
In the case of Azure Active Directory synchronization, the Cloud Jobservice will fail with errors similar to:
[1777292] Error connecting system (AzureAD)!
[System.IO.FileNotFoundException] Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http.WinHttpHandler, Version=6.0.0.1, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
at StdioProcessor.StdioProcessor._Execute(Job job) -
Cause
The Cloud JobService should not be used to manage target system synchronizations.
As per the documentation: "This One Identity Manager On Demand Service handles defined processes and should not be used to perform data synchronization between the database and any connected target systems."

Resolution
Use an on premises Jobservice to synchronize with any target system when using Identity Manager On Demand solutions.
