System Meter Report: Internal and External Person Count -
Description
The System Meter License Count for Internal and External Person records depends on the fields, 'IsExternal', 'EmployeeType' and 'Identity type' of the Employee (Identity).

Resolution
The QBMSystemMetering table provides a detailed count of each of the parameters in the System Meter Report.
For an Employee (Identity):
- If the EmployeeType field value is 'Employee/Apprentice/Contractor/Other' then it's an Internal Employee.
- If the EmployeeType field value is 'Consultant/Partner/Customer' then it's an External Employee.
Both 'IsExternal' and 'EmployeeType' should be satisfied to appear in the External count, otherwise it would still be listed under the Internal Count.
The primary Identity type is listed under Person(Internal/External) count and Service Identity type is listed under Thing count.
