'ValidUntil' is cleared when IT Shop requests opened via a link -
Description
When a Product request is opened (the overview of the pending approvals) directly using a link, e.g. coming from a notification email, then the existing 'ValidUntil' date of the IT Shop product request is cleared. As 'ValidUntil' date is defined as mandatory, it leads to an error.
The issue does not occur when logged in the Web Portal regularly and navigate to pending approvals.
Error message: "PersonWantsOrg: The following fields are compulsory and need to be filled: Valid until." -
Cause
This is due to Product Defect #37121. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND
The IT Shop request can be opened directly by logging into the web portal and approving the request.
STATUS
The issue is fixed in version 9.2 of the product. Please contact Support for a hotfix referencing the defect ID 37121 for previous versions. -
