Upgrade of Identity Manager changed every personwantsorg.xdateupdated records value to the date of the upgrade

After performing an upgrade of identity Manager to the latest version, it was noticed that every personwantsorg.xdateupdated value was set to the date of the upgrade. It is expected that this value is not touched.
