Blocks in the database when DialogProcess is updated in parallel -
Description
Jobs are processing slowly because of a dead lock issue created when there are thousands of jobs generated with same GenProcID.
The statement causing deadlocks:

Cause
This is due to Defect 455268. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: Disable the "Create Synchronization Log" for both the Target System and Identity Manager database:
STATUS: Waiting for a fix to be included in a future version of Identity Manager.
