New License requirement in Safeguard Privilege Manager for Windows version 4.7

The upgrade to Safeguard Privilege Manager for Windows version 4.7 will require a new license to be installed post the upgrade to version 4.7.

Please review the steps in the resolution section below to upgrade your license.

You may use the self service option in the One Identity support portal to upgrade your license using the steps here

Once you have received the new license, you can apply it via the Console after the upgrade to 4.7 using the steps below:

- Click on Help menu > License tab > Apply License File > select the new license file with .DLV extension > Click open > Click Done
