After the upgrade to SPP release 8.0 LTS, be aware that the following changes are required after upgrading:
A new license is required. After the new license is installed, Appliance Administrators must read and accept the Software Transaction Agreement.
You may use the self service option in the One Identity support portal to upgrade your license using the steps here
If you need help with your license upgrade, please submit a request using the licensing assistance form here
Once you have received the new license, you can apply it after the upgrade to 8.0 LTS via the SPP Web UI by going to:
Appliance Management > Appliance > Licensing > Click on Upload License File > browse to select the new license file.
The Software Transaction Agreement will also be displayed during this process and must be read and accepted in order to complete the
licensing process.
