After saving a Personal View in the Active Roles Web Interface, if a custom filter or scope was specified, the saved view is missing the filter and/or scope.
This issue has been identified as Defect ID 432199.
WORKAROUND
Rename the view post-creation. This will restore the desired filter and scope.

This issue has been resolved in Active Roles 8.2
