Attesters are unable to load the pending attestations page in the web designer portal
Description

When attempting to load the pending attestations page on the web designer portal, the web page either loads very slowly or eventually times out.

WORKAROUND:

None

STATUS:

This is fixed in Identity Manager versions: 9.0 LTS CU4, 9.1.3, 9.2.1 and 9.3. If impacted and running a lower version of the software branch, please contact support and request a hotfix for defect number 450286.
