"Request properties must be defined separately per recipient" can be checked on service items.
If the option is unchecked, the expected behaviour is that property details must be entered only once (if more than one recipient is chosen).

This does not work, regardless if it is a new or obsolete request property -> The administrator must still define request properties per recipient.
This is a known limitation in current Angular portals.
Enhancement Request #430526 has been created to make the functionality available in Angular portals as well.
