When attempting to search for any employee in the list of Direct Reports, the field is not searchable.

WORKAROUND:
- Navigate to ALL > Service Portal > Widgets
- Open OneImUserPIcker Widget
- Under HTML Body Template > UPDATE the below tag
Before Update - search-fields="'sys_id'" After Update - search-fields="'name'"
STATUS:
This has been implemented into versions 9.3.1 and 10.0 LTS.
