Description
The "Change certification status" DialogMethod has a misleading behavior.
-> Open Manager
-> select an Identity
-> Run task: "Change certification status"
-> Change the status to anything and click OK
-> The status is correctly saved.-> However, the base object (e.g. identity) is marked with an asterisk although the base object is already saved correctly.
(The sub-window title, where the identity name is, has an asterisk [*] after it still)
An administrator can also leave the base object without getting another prompt to save or discard

Product defect #493139

Resolution
Since this is just a minor visual problem, and does not affect functionality, there will not be a standalone hotfix released for it at this time.
This behavior has been corrected in versions 9.3.1 and 10.0 LTS.
