Granular permissions for activity reports (4380045)

Is it possible to grant a group of Workflow approvers access to run reports on Activities for the IDs they do access request approvals for without granting them 'Application Auditor' permissions?

Making approvers an owner of the IDs does not give them access to Access Request type reports and the only way to grant access is to grant 'Application Auditor' permission which grants permissions to see all policies and assets.
