If an entry in the Safeguard Enterprise Password Vault contains an invalid URL field instead of a valid URL or being left blank, the browser extension entries will be "blanked" out after saving.
STATUS:
Change Request # 503445 will address this issue in a future version of SPP subject to successful QA testing and Product Management approval.
WORKAOUND:
Ensure that the URL is valid before saving an entry. If an entry is saved with an invalid URL, it can be edited in the Enterprise Password Vault to remove it and restore visibility to the browser extension entries.
